Online Courses Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in this online course (the "Course"), you (the "Learner," "You," or "Your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions set forth by Today Training Coaching and Counselling ("Course Provider," "We," "Us," or "Our"). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your enrolment.

 

1. Course Access and Enrolment

  • Eligibility: By enrolling in the Course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • Course Access: Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will gain access to the course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, assignments, and other resources ("Course Content"). Access is granted for the duration specified in the course description or for a lifetime, depending on the nature of the course.

  • Course Availability: The Course Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the Course at any time, with or without notice.

 

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment: Payment for the Course must be made in full before access is granted. The Course Provider accepts payments through bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and cash.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available under the following conditions:

    • A full refund may be issued within 7 days from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Course.

    • No refund will be provided after the 7-day refund period has passed.

    • Refunds may not be granted if the Course has been completed or if access has been fully utilised.

3. Course Materials and Content

  • Intellectual Property: All Course Content is owned by the Course Provider or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any part of the Course Content without prior written consent from the Course Provider.

  • Updates: The Course Provider may periodically update the Course Content to ensure accuracy and relevance. However, no guarantee is made that the Course Content will be updated regularly.

 

4. Account Responsibility

  • Account Creation: To access the Course, you may be required to create an account with the Course Provider. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Course Provider immediately.

  • Behaviour: You agree to engage in the Course in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Community: If the Course includes access to forums or social media groups, you agree to participate respectfully, adhering to the community guidelines set forth by the Course Provider.

 

6. Limitations of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Results: While we aim to provide valuable content, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from completing the Course. Your success depends on your individual effort and application of the knowledge provided.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Course Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course or inability to use the Course, even if the Course Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

  • By the Course Provider: The Course Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate conduct.

  • By You: You may discontinue your participation in the Course at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused content after the refund period.
